By creating an account or using Vulcan AI, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and agree to these Terms.

If you use Vulcan AI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Vulcan AI provides a web interface that connects to third-party AI language models (including Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, and others). We do not own or operate these underlying AI models.

We provide a credit system that refreshes every 2 hours. Credits are not transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be purchased.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to use Vulcan AI to: generate spam or unsolicited communications; create, distribute, or facilitate illegal content; harass, threaten, or harm others; attempt to circumvent security measures; scrape or automate access beyond normal use; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree NOT to use the AI models for: generating content that violates copyright; producing medical, legal, or financial advice intended to be relied upon without professional consultation; creating deceptive or misleading content; generating content related to weapons, illegal drugs, or violence.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

AI responses are generated by third-party models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions without independent verification.

We do not claim ownership of content you create using Vulcan AI. However, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

The Vulcan AI name, logo, and interface design are owned by ahw101.

Open-source components used by Vulcan AI remain under their respective licences.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Vulcan AI interface or branding without written permission.

Vulcan AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or complete.

We are not responsible for any harm resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulcan AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed £10.

Your use of Vulcan AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vulcan AI after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date.
